Thank you for visiting and shopping at Bare Metal Skate Co. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
All shipments are shipped from London, Ontario, Canada. We reserve the right to use any courier and this will be dependent on your shipping zone. Currently, shipping is online available within Canada. If you are from another country please contact us to make arrangements.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping is based on a flat rate per item.
We reserve the right to cancel & refund any package where we cannot economically ship an item to. If this happens you will be refunded in full and notified of the issue. Should you not accept the additional shipping charges we will gladly cancel and refund your order.
Bare Metal Skate Co. will do everything we can to ensure prompt delivery of all orders. Unfortunately, delivery delays can occasionally occur and are outside of our control.
Return Shipping
In the event that a shipment gets returned to us, the customer will be responsible for all shipping fees associated with getting the package back to us.
Products with damage shall be reported to the courier company and claim filed.

Late Shipments
We are not responsible for late shipments, we will try our best to get you your package within the time specified, but this cannot be guaranteed. Reasons for late shipments would be billing address not matching in your order, suspected fraud, courier issues or environmental events out of our control.
